How do I place an order?

What types of payment do you accept?

I accept Paypal, cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks. Unfortunately, I must charge a $3.00 extra for Paypal transactions in order to cover the fee that Paypal charges me for accepting your payment. I charge no fee on personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks, however, they must be cleared by the bank before your items can be shipped.  Allow up to two weeks for personal checks and allow a few days for money orders and cashier's checks.

How much is shipping within the USA?

Full Length Skirts - $8 for first skirt, $3.50 for each one after that.  For unusually heavy skirts (full-length, mostly cord or hemp) shipping is $10 and each additional heavy skirt will be $5.00. 

Mini Skirts - $5 for the first one, $3.50 for each additional one.

Tops - $5 for the first, $3.50 for each additional one.  

Small Accessories (patches, underwear): $3.00 for the first one, $1 for each small accessory after that.

Bags and hip pockets: $5 for the first one, $3 for each bag or hip pocket after that. 

I ship all domestic orders Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional and costs extra.  This has never happened but I have to say it anyway: Sorry folks, I cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the mail.

How much is international shipping?

I'm always happy to ship internationally!  Please just contact me with what item you're interested in and I'll be glad to quote you the shipping rates to your country.

How long will it take to get my order?

For regular orders, I will ship within two business day of recieving payment.  Domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail and usually get there within 3 days of shipment.  

If you pay by personal check, there will be a delay because I must wait for your check to clear before I ship. The bank can usually clear your check within two weeks.

You can pay through Paypal without this shipping delay but I must charge an extra $3.00 because this is how much Paypal charges me to accept your transaction.  There is no fee whatsoever for check or money order transactions!

How do I place a custom order?

Sorry!  I'm not accepting any custom ordrers at this time.  Feel free to sign up for my mailing list if you'd like to get occasional updates on new items and custom order openings!

What is your return policy? 

 You must contact me about your return within the first 7 days of recieving an item in order to qualify for a return.  Items must be returned to me in the exact condition in which they were sent or you will not recieve a refund.  I cannot refund any shipping, handling or paypal fees.   

Where can I see your work in person?

For now, you can see my work at the Saturday Market in Eugene, OR every Saturday.  I'm also at Holiday Market in Eugene.  Stay tuned for other vending plans - they're in the works! :)
